在涉及国际贸易的电子商务中，我们不得不面对时差的问题。这是个小问题，有时候也会有些尴尬。

例1：在中国正常的白天（北京时间），当我们想致电美国的某家银行客服中心时，该银行的中心语音服务器可能会自动将你的来电转移至新加坡或香港（或与你的时区相差较少的）服务中心去，并提供本地语言服务。那么，你的人工服务预约时间或许就得遵守你的目的银行所在时区的正常工作时间。

例2：在一家中国的涉外公司中。员工甲负责国内客户，当然是计算机使用的是本地时间，员工乙负责的国外客户，为了和海外客户的作息保持一致，计算机的本地时间认为设定为美国时间。那么有可能有这样的有趣现象发生在该公司的邮件服务器上：明明是甲问已的一个问题，乙回答的时间却比甲的提问时还要早一天（或几个小时）。

例3：去接待国际航班的客户一定要小心啦，他们有的时候飞着飞着又回到了前一天。（按照惯例：落地时间是当地的标准时间）

我的描述不够准确。也比较懒惰。但是我想这个小软件也许能给你带来一些方便。简洁，易用，开源（免费）。也许它不像别人所谓的世界时钟中的“瑞士军刀”，也没有其他付费时钟的华丽与精美，但我还是喜欢它，也一直在使用它。

你可以设置整点报时（自由调整）和其他闹铃和其他更多设置（如显示方式，排列方式等等）。我喜欢它的木鱼声，有时象梵音，莫名的觉着。
