“韦斯特”仅仅是一个代号。一个漂泊于西安的湖南人。

私下有几分闲散爱好：喜爱垂钓，却常常空手而归；向往山野户外，又时常辨不清方向。友人问及近况，大多只能淡淡应答：尚可。

“韦氏观察”同样只是一个网络名号。建站初衷很朴素，只想在互联网留下一点细碎痕迹，算是记录：我曾经来过。

About WestScan

“WestScan” is nothing more than a chosen name. It represents a H‑nese native living in Xi’an. In personal life, I enjoy fishing though often return with nothing; I love outdoor activities yet tend to lose my way. When friends ask how work is going, the usual reply is: it is fine.

This site exists to leave modest traces on the internet — a quiet note that “I have been here”. Based on personal observations and experiences, it tries to show a multi‑faceted real‑world perspective, and share practical information whenever possible. Information shapes our lives. All kinds of thoughts and constructive exchanges are warmly welcomed.
